In the following terms and conditions "the photographer" shall mean Stephanie Barnes trading as Stephanie Barnes Photography. "The clients" shall be those persons identified as the persons being photographed. These terms and conditions cannot be varied in any way by the clients unless such conditions are expressely agreed by the photographer in writing. 

1. Copyright

The copyright Designs and Patent Acts assign the copyright of the images to the photographer

2. Display 

The client(s) hereby allow(s) the photographer to disply any photograph covered by this contract and to generally promote the business in advertising, brochures, e-mails, websites, sample albums, etc. 

3. Creative license, coverage and reproduction 

i. Photographs taken during the course of the event will be at the discretion of the photographer 

ii. Special requests are not binding instruction but every effort is made to comply with the client's wishes. 

iii. Due to variety of lighting conditions and limitations of digital sensors, some colours may alter throughout a set of photographs. 

4. Payment

i. A review of the terms and conditions is available at time of booking. 

ii. No payment is taken for booking 

iii. Payment in full accepted at time of session. 

5. Digital negative files 

i. Digital negative (computer files) remain in the property of the photographer. All photo sessions include a copy of the edited digital images to the client(s) for their own use. 

ii. The website pixieset is the server for password protected albums for each client. These albums are available for up to 6 months after the session is completed. 

6. Personal Accident

i. Any directions issued to clients during a photographic shoot is deemed to be at the risk of the client. In the case of a minor, the adult responsible for them is considered to be the individual responsible for said risk. 

7. Cancellation Fees

i. I do not require cancellation fees 

8. Delivery 

i. The photographer will endeavor to deliver digital files as quickly as possible, this can take up to 3 weeks.
